Candida

The most informative and useful lecture I've ever attended regarding Candida was in Mallorca, Spain, where Dr. Michael Constantini spoke to a group of 100 doctors about yeast. He was, at the time, President of the World Health Organization, his specialty being mycology.

He stated:

  1. Yeast was here before we were, and will still be after we are gone!
  2. Do not try to kill yeast in the gut, but provide them with a friendly environment (That caught a lot of them off guard!).
  3. The 3 worst things you can put into your body are: alcohol, tobacco, and GRAINS.

I have followed these principals since. Yeast (the most prevalent is Candida Albicans, but we are finding many more) live in our gut symbiotically with us providing us with nutrients, absorbing toxins, etc. But, when it overgrows due to stressors put on its survival, such as antibiotics, mercury, etc., its excrement is toxic to us. So the key is to quit trying to kill the yeast overgrowth, and provide it with a friendly environment of nice bacteria, and eliminate the toxins coming down the GI tract. Easier said than done!!!

How many of you have tried to kill the yeast with everything from Diflucan to herbs, only to end up feeling bad. We think it is because the yeast released mercury that has been absorbed when they die. Remember, you have two stores of mercury (and other heavy metals) in your body, you and your parasites. So we have seen many bad reactions to patients coming in that are following Hulda Clark's protocol and others because the parasites are acting as sponges and absorbing many gut toxics into their cells walls that are released when killed. We alternate the mercury detox with the parasite cleanse, and it has to been done properly or you will feel sick. What is Candida?

  • Yeast-Like Organism — Present at birth and resides in the intestinal tract
  • Yeast is an Integral Part of Life — Present in food, air and on exposed surfaces
  • Yeast can become "Candidiasis" — A yeast overgrowth

Dietary Recommendations — Avoid the Following:

  • Dairy

  • Sugar and Sugar-Containing Foods — Yeast grows on sugar and starches

  • Gluten Grains — Yeast is fed by gluten grains. Some people must remove corn, rice and potatoes from their diet because of the starch content. Remove barley malt and other malt products from the diet

  • Packaged and Processed Foods — Especially meats as mold builds up on foods during the drying, smoking and curing process

  • Moldy Foods — Including cheeses, nuts, fruits and fruit juices

  • Fermented Foods — Including vinegars and alcoholic beverages

  • Some Supplements — Yeast is the basis for many vitamin and mineral preparations and Tryptophan is often derived from yeast
